The successful candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, drivers, dispatchers, warehouses, terminals, and internal operations personnel, ensuring shipments are coordinated efficiently and customers receive timely and accurate updates. Familiarity with transportation terminology, including BOL, POD, ETA, pickup/delivery appointments, detention, demurrage, containers, chassis, freight, loads, and dispatch preferred.
