The successful candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting HMIS application issues, resolving HMIS end user inquiries, documenting solutions, elevating issues through the appropriate channels using defined protocols, and collaborating across the HMIS Lead, HMIS vendor, and HMIS system administration teams to ensure a positive experience for HMIS end users. Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
