Initiates and completes preventive maintenance of equipment and systems as scheduled or necessary, including inspecting, greasing, oiling, filter and belt changes, and cleaning of the equipment in a timely and proper manner. Other typical duties include changing filters, revamping lighting fixtures, resetting breakers, changing medical gas tanks, and maintaining chemical water treatment balances.
