For the purposes of this examination a park, recreational facility, or campus is defined as a location that offers at least three of the following elements: athletic fields, skating rink, campgrounds, golf courses, hiking trails, historic structures, marinas, picnic areas, playgrounds, recreation programs, swimming facilities or education, environmental or interpretive programming. The qualifications are: Either 1. four years of experience in the construction, operation, or maintenance of a park, recreational facility, or campus;* one year of this experience must be at a supervisory level; Or 2. an associates or higher level degree or 60 college semester credit hours AND two years as described in No. 1 above; one year of this experience must be at a supervisory level.
