The Technologist will maintain sterile technique of self and staff within operating room suite, prepare and organize the operating room equipment, instruments, and supplies as required for various surgical procedures, anticipate surgeon needs during the procedure, take care of specimens, monitor medications, and assist with dressing placement, inspect, replace, and sterilize instruments, participate in stocking and restocking medical supplies and participate in monthly cleaning of department. RiverView Health operates a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital, RiverView Recovery Center; a chemical dependency outpatient treatment program, RiverView Home Care and five primary care and specialty clinics in the hospitals service area.
