What we need to see clearly in profiles: ServiceNow used as a core delivery platform , not just listed as a tool (e.g., ITSM / ITOM / CSM‑driven programs, workflow ownership, change & incident governance tied to delivery) . Ownership of enterprise or platform programs (ITSM transformations, digital platforms, AI / automation initiatives), not just PMO tracking or monitoring .
