As an Arc’teryx Cafe Lead, here’s what you’d be doing: Running the overall café-retail experience including supporting with inventory management, communicating with vendors and the Cafe Manager to ensure smooth operations, training of baristas, high-quality drink execution, customer service, cash handling, and cafe maintenance.
