Lead E&C's day-to-day management of assigned gas generation development projects to ensure timely, cost-effective, and competitive results; • Lead E&C's participation in gas project technology and commercial due diligence, evaluating constructability, site integration, interconnection requirements, and cost positioning across competing technologies; • Lead E&C participation in Technology Review, capital estimate and schedule development, and Preliminary Engineering phases across active gas development projects; • Maintain a Risk Register tracking scope, schedule, cost, and constructability risks, and proactively identify emerging E&C risk exposure; • Partner with Integrated Supply Chain on procurement activities, including RFQ input, technical/commercial scope review, bid evaluation, and contract negotiation for major gas project equipment and EPC/EPCM scopes; • Lead schedule development, cost benchmarking, cashflow modeling, and risk-adjusted cost positioning in support of project sanction decisions; • Maintain and report on the E&C gas project risk register, ensuring leadership has timely visibility into emerging risks, mitigation actions, and residual exposure. • Experience with energy project development or large capital construction, including leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder environments (8+ years); • Experience with EPC/EPCM project delivery, cost estimating, schedule development, and project risk management for gas generation projects; • Experience with major equipment and EPC/EPCM contract procurement, including bid preparation, evaluation, negotiation, and award; • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
