Key ResponsibilitiesSupport FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reportingPartner with the management team to gather, validate, and analyze financial and operational dataAssist in identifying data gaps, inconsistencies, and inefficiencies across reporting processesBuild and maintain Excel-based models, reports, and analysis to support business decisionsContribute to ongoing efforts to improve data quality and information flow in preparation for future system and process enhancementsProvide ad hoc analysis and insights related to P&C performance. Qualifications2–3+ years of experience in insurance, financial analysis, FP&A, or a related analytical roleProperty & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience is requiredStrong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling)Demonstrated tenure and retention (ideally at least 2 years with one employer)Comfortable working with imperfect or evolving dataHighly motivated, proactive, and eager to take on increased responsibilityStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with leadership.
