Reporting to the Functional Application Architect, the SAP HCM Functional Analyst plays a key role in ensuring efficient, accurate and compliant HCM and US payroll operations by partnering with HR, Payroll, and Finance to configure, optimize, and support SAP HCM and Payroll within the SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors systems. Software: Experience with SAP HCM Payroll (US Payroll), SAP HCM sub-modules: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), as well as BSI Tax Factory, Tax Locator, and third-party payroll integrations.
