The Philanthropy System Analyst will train users, create reports, conduct user acceptance testing and assist the Philanthropy Team to use the Philanthropy System so it provides the greatest ROI. Develop and document relevant business processes involving Ascend CRM including a data dictionary, code tables and crosswalks for data that exists across multiple systems.
