This role also serves as a key connector across the business, coordinating efforts across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, as well as Product Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Sales, etc. to ensure AI capabilities are successfully delivered, adopted, and drive real customer outcomes. Using tools like Cursor or Claude Code, youll produce high-signal outputs-product briefs, prompt designs, and evaluation frameworks-that reduce handoffs and prioritize observed system behavior over static documentation.
