Overview As the LifeWise Administrative Assistant, you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will assist the Program Director with the day-to-day operations that are essential to the success of the LifeWise program. Qualifications and Experience <ul><li>Two years of administrative experience in an office/church setting (preferred) </li><li>A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with the "What We Believe" section of the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith </li><li>Active participation in and commitment to a local church whose doctrine aligns with the "What We Believe" section of the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith </li></ul>Job Description<ul><li>Assist the Program Director with: </li><li><ul><li>Day-to-day operations of the program </li><li>Data management </li><li>Enrollment coordination </li><li>Communications with school personnel and families </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul></li><li>Systems & Support: </li><li><ul><li>Use Google Workspace </li><li>Navigate a variety of websites and systems as needed </li><li>Participate in ongoing training as needed </li><li>Attend the LifeWise Summit </li><li>Represent LifeWise at community events as applicable </li></ul></li><li>Other Duties </li><li><ul><li>Help with fundraising events as needed </li></ul></li></ul> LifeWise Academy's hiring practices and EEO Statement are fully in compliance with both federal and state law.
