In this leadership role, you will supervise a landscape crew and ensure the efficient, high-quality completion of landscape installation, renovation, and maintenance projects.</p><p>The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of motivating a team while maintaining company standards and producing professional results.</p><p>We are a professional landscaping company equipped with modern, well-maintained equipment—including a mulch blower—allowing crews to work efficiently and focus on quality and productivity.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a landscape crew</p><p>Plan, organize, and prioritize daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow</p><p>Lead and participate in landscape renovations, installations, trimming, planting, mulching, and general maintenance</p><p>Oversee landscape projects from start to completion</p><p>Train crew members on proper techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures</p><p>Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to company standards</p><p>Conduct site inspections to identify maintenance needs or improvements</p><p>Manage equipment usage, inventory, and report repair needs</p><p>Communicate with management regarding job progress, scheduling, and performance</p><p>Safely operate trucks, trailers, and commercial landscaping equipment</p><p>Required Qualifications</p><p>Proven leadership or crew supervisor experience</p><p>Strong knowledge of landscaping practices, plants, and installation techniques</p><p>Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment</p><p>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills</p><p>Ability to delegate tasks and manage crew productivity</p><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</p><p>Valid driver's license required</p><p>What We Offer</p><p>$25.00 – $30.00 per hour based on experience</p><p>Professional work environment</p><p>Modern, well-maintained equipment</p><p>Organized routes and strong operational support</p><p>Opportunity for long-term growth and leadership </p>
