Additional benefits include:<ul><li>401k with 100% match for the first 4%, and 50% for the next 1%</li><li>Health, dental and vision insurance</li><li>Company provided life insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>Paid Holidays</li></ul>Requirements for our Landscaping Sales Specialist:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in landscape design/build sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets</li><li>Strong understanding of landscape design principles, construction processes, and project management</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present creative solutions and close deals</li><li>Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools (experience with Aspire is a plus, but is not required)</li><li>Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously</li></ul>Responsibilities of our Landscaping Sales Specialist:<ul><li>Meet with prospective clients to understand their landscaping vision, assess site conditions, and discuss project goals</li><li>Develop and execute a sales plan to meet individual and team sales targets, achieving consistent revenue growth</li><li>Prepare and present detailed proposals, pricing estimates, and design concepts that align with client expectations and budget</li><li>Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact from initial consultation through project completion</li><li>Collaborate with the design and build teams to ensure seamless project execution, aligning client expectations with project deliverables</li><li>Maintain an organized sales pipeline, tracking leads, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM system</li><li>Ensure a positive client experience by delivering high-quality service and proactively addressing concerns throughout the sales and project process</li><li>Participate in community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand presence in the local market</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>

Maintenance personnel are responsible for leading volunteer teams to help achieve a team spirit at PVBC that results in an effective maintenance team that cares for the facilities, grounds, and equipment with excellence as the standard.    Job Responsibilities 1.  Responsible for performing preventive maintenance on all building and grounds equipment (HVAC, Tractors, Custodial Equipment, etc.). 2.  Responsible for performing all activities related to electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry repairs to the facility as needed.   Grounds maintenance including landscaping.   3.  Capable of responding to any emergency or safety concerns pertaining to the facility and or grounds (Fire, Electrical, Sprinklers, Alarm & Camera Systems, Locking System, Severe Weather, etc.). 4.  Responsible for cultivating and implementing a team spirit not only with other staff members but with all vendors, volunteers and key leaders. 5.  Responsible for responding to all work orders in a timely manner and to ensure work is done with excellence and in a cost-effective manner. 6.  Assist Facilities & Grounds Operations Director to ensure all contract labor and vendor contracts are fully met. This would include areas such as Alarm Systems, HVAC, Elevator Services, Pest Control, and any short-term related contractor services. 7.      Develop a day-to-day culture with staff and volunteers that will allow/exhibit a vibrant relationship with Christ.    Qualifications / Job Skills      General knowledge of HVAC systems      Cultivate an Ephesians 4 culture that results in leading teams and developing volunteers      Knowledge in all phases of building repair and maintenance      Exceptional people skills      General working knowledge of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and mechanical repairs      General knowledge of grounds keeping. This includes landscaping and lawn care      General knowledge of machine operation      Willingness to develop skills as training opportunities become available      Organizational skills      Ability to lift 50 lbs.    Education / Experience      At least 3 – 5 years experience related to facility maintenance      At least 1-2 years Groundskeeping      Master Gardener experience a plus       Minimum High School Diploma      Some leadership, management and organizational skills are helpful
