As a Landscaping Crew Laborer, you will be responsible for: <ul><li>Cutting turf using various-sized power mowers, trimming, and edging with gas-powered tools to maintain pristine lawns.
	</li><li>Pruning shrubs and low-hanging branches to improve plant health and landscape appearance.
	</li><li>Planting new flowers and maintaining existing flower beds to enhance curb appeal.
	</li><li>Operating equipment such as edgers, blowers, and trimmers along sidewalks, beds, and around property features.
	</li><li>Picking up trash, blowing leaves, and composting organic debris to keep landscapes tidy.
	</li><li>Mulching beds and organic matter during mowing to prevent weed growth and improve soil health.
	</li><li>Performing routine weeding and basic preventative equipment maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency.
	</li><li>Removing dead plants, trash, and suckers to maintain landscape health and aesthetics.
	</li><li>Maintaining a friendly and professional attitude with clients and team members while reporting any safety concerns to the Crew Leader.

The ideal candidate for this role will have: <ul><li>At least 18 years old with a dependable work ethic.

	</li><li>Ability to operate equipment safely, including power saws, blowers, and trimmers.
	</li><li>Certification on level 1 equipment (backpack blowers, string trimmers, edgers, mowers).

	</li><li>Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry equipment and materials, bend, squat, and stand for long periods.
