Oversees the clinical delivery team's performance through the organization's continuous improvement operating model, which drives operational efficiency and improvement work in quality, access, cost-reduction, patient and team experience, patient and team safety, growth and partnerships, transformation, community connectivity, and culture. The AMD of GI is accountable for working in a collaborative relationship with the leadership of the designated clinical programs and has the primary responsibility of leading the strategy, quality, value-based care, and evidence-based practice within the region and local market in which they practice.
