The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, appearance, and operational efficiency of all dealership facilities across multiple locations, including sales showrooms, service departments, body shops, parts warehouses, administrative offices, and customer-facing areas. The Facilities Maintenance Manager will lead facility maintenance personnel, coordinate vendor relationships, manage maintenance budgets, and collaborate frequently with department leaders and key stakeholders to identify facility needs, prioritize projects, and support organizational goals.
