This includes the day-to-day operations of the business, from sales reviews, cost analysis (food and labor), Human Relations (recruiting, hiring, staff training, scheduling, performance and evaluation), customer relations (customer service, satisfaction, loyalty, feedback), purchasing and vendor relations, inventory management, legal compliance, safety and sanitation.
