Must have excellent writing and computer skills and be capable of using multiple applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Project, cloud-based file-sharing platforms (e.g., Box, Egnyte, SharePoint), construction management applications (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend), and general internet applications. The Project Manager will take primary responsibility within the project team for planning, coordinating, and delivering project activities through the entire project life cycle, from pre-development through construction and handoff to the client, on projects that are major, complex, and business critical.
