The Outreach Coordinator collaborates closely with project leadership, workstream leads, and clients to support meeting facilitation, stakeholder communications, work planning, issue tracking, and deliverable management. This role serves as a key liaison among state agencies, healthcare providers, community organizations, program awardees, and other stakeholders to ensure timely communication, effective engagement, and coordinated execution of project activities.
