This is a hands-on, deck plate leadership role: the Trade Manager sets the daily direction for Trade Leads and their teams, stays engaged before, during, and after every job, and partners closely with the broader Service Team to build schedules that keep work moving. General technical knowledge of shipboard piping and plumbing parts and materials (PVC, copper, PEX, CuNi, stainless steel, Carbon Steel, etc.), valve types (ball, gate, globe, butterfly, safety relief, etc.), and pipe welding practices.
