Oversee and manage property management software systems (Yardi, Building Link, etc.), for all work orders, repairs, turns, purchasing, Incident or Accident Reports, inventory, asset tracking, etc. and pull weekly reports for the property to ensure all are up to date, followed up on, accurate and there are no pending items other than normal, day to day maintenance activities. Partner with General Manager to ensure effective operation of the property; implement and manage programs to maximize revenue, control expenses, improve resident satisfaction and ensure that the property is neat, clean, and working at all times.
