This role partners with operations, labor relations, union partners, service partners, and leadership teams to identify risk, strengthen compliance, support incident prevention, and promote a proactive safety culture across fast-paced trade show and live event environments. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, leaders, clients, service partners, and union partners.
