Reporting to the Director, Product Operations, this individual contributor role will serve as a hands-on product operations owner for the technology and workflow enablers that help product management and cross-functional teams define product vision and strategy, understand user needs, prioritize opportunities and outcomes, translate strategy into roadmaps, define requirements, align stakeholders, lead delivery, make trade-offs, measure performance, manage the product lifecycle, ensure usability, quality and trust, and communicate product progress and impact. The Senior Product Manager, Product Operations - Tech Enablers & PDLC will help define, evaluate, and scale the tools, platforms, AI agents, workflows, and broader Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) infrastructure that enable Amgen teams to practice modern product management.
