With a collaborative team and well-defined systems in place, we are looking for a Production Manager to oversee field operations, drive efficiency, and mentor team members while managing primarily water mitigation jobs and some reconstruction. You will oversee a team of Project Managers, Lead Technicians, and Technicians, while directly managing large-loss and complex projects.
