Minimum of four (4) years of manufacturing, operations, or production experience in a GMP-regulated industry, including experience in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, diagnostics, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical device manufacturing environments and the ability to lead teams, coordinate priorities, and resolve operational challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The Production Team Lead serves as a key partner to Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement, process stability, and manufacturing readiness while supporting production throughput and business objectives.
