Position requires the ability to serve as a key member of the project design team developing designs and providing direction to junior level engineers and CADD/Technician staff in the areas of civil and site design including but not limited to; grading, storm water design, rail and roadways, utilities, and agency and railroad coordination. Projects are likely to include reconstruction and rehabilitation of industrial infrastructure such as roads, rail, utilities; highways and roads, culverts and storm sewer, stormwater detention, rail grade crossings, signing, pavement marking, and traffic control plans for construction.
