Preferred Qualifications: Experience administering or supporting enterprise asset management or work order management systems; experience with Public Works operations; experience developing reports, dashboards, queries, or data analytics using SQL or similar tools; experience with relational databases or GIS-integrated systems; experience with business process analysis and workflow improvement; experience coordinating software implementations, integrations, upgrades, or testing; experience providing system training and end-user support; and experience coordinating technology projects, vendors, consultants, or cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, geographic information systems, engineering, public administration, or a related field; and three (3) years of progressively responsible experience supporting asset management, business systems analysis, GIS-integrated systems, or Public Works operational systems; OR any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
