Eden is convenient to the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway, Raleigh, Charlotte, and the coast.</li></ul>Role Responsibilities<ul><li>Conducting follow-up visits and surveillance for patients post-cancer treatment or with hematologic conditions.</li><li>Initiating diagnostic and therapeutic interventions during chemotherapy or other treatments, and interpreting lab results.</li><li>Managing acute/episodic visits and side effects and recognizing urgent issues.</li><li>Overseeing some chronic condition management.</li><li>New hematology consults in collaboration with the physician.</li><li>Assisting in developing a new oncology care model to enhance patient outcomes.</li></ul>UNC Health UNC is known for its physician-friendly scheduling, nurse triage support, access to advanced specialists, Epic EMR with AI-driven documentation reduction, and a culture centered on a team approach to quality care.
