Works with stakeholders from acute care, community-based, and continuing care ministries to ensure the implementation of the Trinity Health Mission Integration operational plan, its priority objectives, and the assessment and improvement of Mission Integration Essential Services for the designated Local Community of Service (LCS). • Collaborates with colleagues in all operational areas (e.g., talent development, human resources, finances, planning, advocacy/government relations, communication and marketing, community health and well-being, etc.) to ensure that Mission, Vision, and Core Values are integrated into Ministry programs, policies, and procedures.
