The Assistant Store Manager works closely with the Store Manager to help drive sales, develop and motivate the team, provide exceptional customer service, and keep day-to-day store operations running smoothly. You'll need to be comfortable balancing time with customers while still keeping an eye on the team, sales floor, inventory, merchandising, and overall needs of the business.
