The work includes conducting comprehensive investigations, making appropriate recommendations, completing complex overpayment calculations, and presenting investigative findings Fair Hearings and Administrative Disqualification Hearings when needed. Investigators must acquire and retain extensive knowledge of public assistance program polices and regulations within the probationary period.
