You’ll gain hands-on experience across project planning, design, and construction, supporting projects for clients including the Connecticut Department of Transportation’s Highway Design Division, local cities and towns, Metro-North, colleges and universities, and private developers. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may receive annual incentive compensation bonuses, spot bonuses, and merit-based salary increases, providing opportunities to increase earnings beyond base pay.
