At a minimum, we're looking for: at least some collegiate level educational attainment; the ability to prioritize, and follow up on issues in a timely manner; strong ability to follow instructions, to delegate, and to issue detailed instructions to students; professional, kind, patient, and friendly when interacting with students and parents.
