As a participant in the Graduate Nurse Rotational Program at UPMC Williamsport, newly licensed RNs will gain diverse, hands-on experience through a structured, four-month rotation across key inpatient units, including 5 East (Acute Care/Trauma Stepdown, 7 East (Neurology/Oncology, and 6 West (Transitional Care Unit. A role that requires independent judgment, fluent communication, and candid partnership, the Professional Staff Nurse establishes relationships with physicians, other care providers, patients, and patients' families to achieve desired patient outcomes throughout the continuum of care.
