The academic coach will participate in online and in-person staff development, facilitate academic success workshops, assist with data input and tracking, contribute to research, develop marketing materials, conduct outreach to students, refer students to Learning Commons and campus resources, and work on other projects as assigned. By working with the Learning Commons to promote services, coordinate support interventions, implement culturally responsive learning support models, create learning strategy resources, and assist with data collection and assessment efforts, the graduate assistant will play a critical role in increasing student success.
