This position involves working with the Campus Pride Index Taskforce to develop an assessment of LGBTQ+ experiences at Regis College, and current student supports in relation to the LGBTQ+ community, collaborative coordination and/or facilitation of programs (OUTober, Trans Day of Remembrance, Campus Pride month, PRIDE, etc.), assistance with development of internal documents, and diversity, inclusion and equity related data. Integrating diversity within academic programs, student life, faculty and staff experiences, and community relationships is critical to Regis' strategic goal of inclusive excellence, where diversity and inclusion are central objectives to institutional excellence.
