This individual will partner closely with company leadership, designated facility contacts, enterprise teams such as Legal, Human Resources, Technology, Safety, Marketing, and resources at each location to understand needs, coordinate resources and coordinate solutions. As Lighthouse continues to grow, the Facilities Manager will be expected to continuously improve how our facilities are managed, create greater consistency between locations and build systems and processes that can scale with the organization.
