and communities.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Results (Financial Performance)<ul><li>Focus on achieving and exceeding revenue, profitability, and performance targets through strategic planning, data-driven decisions, and proactive action.</li><li>Track revenue, margin, and budgetary targets-coach to results</li><li>Monitor sales performance daily/weekly/monthly and adjust strategy as needed.</li><li>Optimize product menus, mix, pricing, and promotions with Commercial Corporate Teams.</li><li>Manage menus (banners, sequencing, deals, promotions, add-ons).</li><li>Maximize delivery performance where applicable.</li><li>Maximize curb side performance where applicable.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to test and scale new revenue-driving initiatives.</li><li>Activate action plans when KPIs fall below target (staffing adjustments, targeted promos, re-merchandising).</li><li>Optimize profitability through fiscal discipline, cost management, accurate reporting, and fiscal accountability.</li><li>Approve payroll, PTO, and overtime.</li><li>Review and act on sales, invoices, and performance reports.</li><li>Monitor and reduce controllable expenses.</li><li>Analyze P&L for margin improvement opportunities.</li></ul>Elevate Customer Experience<ul><li>Deliver exceptional service, build loyalty, and create memorable in-store experiences.</li><li>Maintain non-negotiables (add-on menus, Ascend Pay, Legends Club, welcome greeter, refreshments).</li><li>Lead by example on the sales floor.</li><li>Optimize customer flow and merchandising (check-in, traffic flow, kiosks, displays, signage).</li><li>Schedule and activate pop-ups.</li><li>Use customer feedback to improve operations.</li><li>De-escalate customer issues professionally.</li><li>Respond to Google Reviews via Edge within 24 hours.</li><li>Work directly with Call Center to ensure customer experience.</li><li>Drive customer loyalty programs (Blue, Gold, Platinum, Legends).</li><li>Drive Pay by Bank results.</li><li>Integrate community engagement events into CX strategy.</li></ul>Operational Excellence<ul><li>Ensure flawless execution of daily store operations and uphold brand standards.</li><li>Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, scheduling, receiving, RFS.</li><li>Oversee inventory control, replenishment, shrink prevention, and merchandising standards.</li><li>Coordinate vendor logistics and deliveries.</li><li>Work with Retail Operations Maintenance on repairs and capex.</li><li>Maintain operational checklists for consistency.</li><li>Integrate inventory best practices S.O.P.s (timely in-take, aging management, cycle counts, vault organization, accessory replenishment).</li></ul>Market & Competitive Awareness<ul><li>Continuously monitor and respond to competitive activity to maintain a strategic advantage.</li><li>Conduct regular competitive store walks within a 5-10m radius.</li><li>Perform daily/weekly competitive menu reviews.</li><li>Communicate insights to Regional and RPM.</li></ul>Lead & Develop Talent<ul><li>Attract, develop, and retain high-performing teams through coaching, engagement, and recognition.</li><li>Recruit, hire, train, and coach staff.</li><li>Manage labor scheduling to balance costs and service needs.</li><li>Conduct talent reviews and succession planning.</li><li>Foster a positive, customer-focused culture.</li><li>Activate incentive programs.</li><li>Communicate corporate direction through daily chat ins and meetings.</li><li>Partner with HRBPs on employee relations.</li><li>Daily Follow up on attendance tracker.</li></ul>Ensure Compliance & Safety<ul><li>Uphold legal, regulatory, and company standards while maintaining a safe workplace.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company policies, state cannabis regulations, labor laws, and health/safety standards.</li><li>Ensure State and company compliance standards are always maintained.</li><li>Ensure state and company audit ready at all times.</li><li>Build strong relationships with regulators and local authorities.</li><li>Ensure all employees are trained/certified before independent work.</li></ul>Strategic Growth & Innovation<ul><li>Identify, pilot, and scale initiatives that drive future growth and brand relevance.</li><li>Develop local marketing and community engagement programs with marketing partners</li><li>Execute seasonal or promotional merchandising changes.</li><li>Collaborate with RD, RPM & Regional Menu Manager on local promotion ideas and menus.</li><li>If requested, Pilot new in-store concepts (Loyalty Programs, vendor pop ups, Meet the Grower events' employee sampling) and provide feedback.</li></ul>Qualifications & Skills<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or 7+ years' experience in lieu of degree, in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations, knowledge of inventory control systems and strong retail business acumen</li><li>Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint</li><li>Cannabis industry working experience preferred but not required</li><li>Must be at least 21 years of age</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills</li><li>Positive attitude, team player and strong work ethic</li><li>Understanding of applicable state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives, and standard operating procedures</li><li>Must pass any and all required background checks</li><li>Must be and remain compliant with any and all regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry</li><li>Must be able to obtain and retain a Registered Agent Card issued by the state of operation</li><li>Must have excellent organization and time management skills</li><li>Must be focused,
