We are working towards our shared vision to be the world's best and most trusted mobility company.  The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for an Emerald Club Service Specialist.The Emerald Club Service Specialist will provide professional, superior, friendly, efficient service during all interaction and service delivery with Emerald Club Members as it applies to this position. Responsible for greeting and fulfilling the needs of Emerald Club members including appropriate vehicle selection as determined by the Emerald Club program guidelines, with speed and accuracy. The pay for this position starts at $15 / hour and is located at the Richmond International Airport (RIC) - 1 Richard E Byrd Terminal Dr., Richmond, VA 23250. We offer: <ul style="direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:0in"><li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle">Paid time off</li><li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle">Employee rental car discounts</li><li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle">Retirement savings plan including 401k with matching profit sharing</li><li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle">Health Insurance</li><li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle">Life Insurance</li><li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle">Dental Insurance</li><li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle">Vision Insurance</li><li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle">Training and development</li></ul> Schedule:Saturday & Sunday: 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday-Wednesday: 2:00pm-10:30pm <h3>Responsibilities</h3>We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:<ul><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Welcome Emerald Club members using prescribed, appropriate dialogue as they arrive on the lot making them feel valued and welcome</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Provide information in a professional and courteous manner</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Assist members with questions and concerns and provide resolution as necessary</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Review daily game plan in preparation for Emerald Service delivery</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Review reservation manifest for special requests</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Work proactively with Drivers, Auto Detailers, Return Agents and Managers to ensure proper vehicle supply</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Maintain clean, low mileage fleet mix that meets Emerald Club requirements</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Complete vehicle inspections in accordance with priority guidelines</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Ensure that vehicle hangtags are completed correctly</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Return failed inspection units back to production for re-cleaning and Auto Detailer coaching</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Facilitate Change of Equipment (COE) vehicles or additional equipment to meet customer’s needs</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Serve as a knowledgeable expert on the Emerald Club program, including marketing initiatives and various methods of delivery (MOD), and all Levels of Service (LOS)</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Understand and utilize radio communication codes in a professional manner</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Keep aisle area organized and clean for ease of access and appearance of the facility</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Direct customers to the exit booth, provide local directions, maps and return directions as needed; Offer assistance with luggage as needed</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Perform other customer service related duties as determined by management to ensure our service meets the needs of our customers</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Document and communicate customer service issues to management</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Identify and communicate areas of opportunity for improved Emerald Club service delivery</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Thank Emerald Club members using the prescribed dialogue</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Provide all customers with undivided attention while assisting them at the counters</li><li style="margin:0.55pt 22.65pt 0.0001pt 0.25in">Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting</li><li style="margin:0.55pt 22.65pt 0.0001pt 0.25in">Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality</li><li style="margin:0.55pt 22.65pt 0.0001pt 0.25in">Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned</li></ul> Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans<h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Must be at least 18 years old</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.</li><li>High School Diploma or G.E.D. required</li><li>Minimum of 6 months customer service or sales experience in a fast paced environment</li><li>Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years (Total points on driving record cannot exceed 8 points)</li><li>No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years</li></ul>
