About the Role: The Director of Safety & Risk Management is responsible for leading and executing the organization's enterprise-wide safety, regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOT, etc.), risk management, insurance, and loss prevention strategies across both corporate and franchise operations. The Director partners closely with Franchise Owners, Operations, Human Resources, Legal, Insurance Providers, and Executive Leadership to protect team members, customers, company assets, and the CHHJ brand.
