Under direct supervision, student assistants perform duties ranging from unskilled to skilled and/or specialized, in a variety of positions that typically require the use of various duties, manual work and include assisting with the operations of ceramics, glass, jewelry/crafts or sculpture courses, which may include, fabrication/installation, assembly, and production processes. In accordance with the California State University (CSU) Out-of-State Employment Policy, the CSU is a state entity whose business operations reside within the State of California and requires hiring employees to perform CSU related work within the State of California.
