Come for a JOB, stay for a CAREER.Restaurant Greeter/ Host Overview:As a Restaurant Greeter, you would be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests in a warm, friendly and efficient manner.  You  will seat guests as they arrive at the restaurant, providing a positive start to their overall dining experience. During your shift you may also be responsible for assisting the restaurant servers with table maintenance. This includes assisting with running food to the guests and clearing and resetting tables between seatings. It is important that our team works in a timely, and efficient manner to coincide with the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Welcome and connects with every customer.</li><li>Control the flow of the restaurant, seating guests in stations rotation while maintaining reservation systems.</li><li>Assist in drink orders, delivering food and clearing/cleaning tables as needed.</li><li>Assisting in the set up and clean up of the restaurant at opening and closing.</li><li>Handle reservation book, take incoming calls, note reservations and special requests by guests.</li><li>Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant or hotel functions and services</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work and service area.</li><li>Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.</li><li>Ensure guests are satisfied with the service. Back of house functions include, but are not limited to, unpacking/packing shipments, organizing the stock room, answering phones, and understanding and executing operational policies/procedures. Front of house you will flex between greeter, runner, cashier, phone answering, and whatever else the store requires. Your role is to support an efficient product flow as well as a best in class customer service experience. The Sales Support base pay ranges from $18-$19 hourly.   What You’ll Do  <ul><li>Partner with the Operations Supervisor and Store Management to ensure positive brand representation as portrayed through product, store maintenance, and customer service. </li><li>Assist with inventory and stock management </li><li>Ensure maximization of storage and capacity in all product and supply categories</li><li>Assist with the investigation and rectification of inventory discrepancies</li><li>Contribute to the achievement of low inventory shrink and high inventory accuracy by ensuring consistent execution at all inventory touchpoints: receiving, transfers, RTV, sales, and cycle counts</li><li>Work with the sales team to provide exemplary customer service: Assist with POS, customer repairs, dry-cleaning, and alterations processes</li><li>Have proper understanding of BOH/FOH IT systems, including POS transaction</li><li>Meet store and metric goals </li><li>Ensure brand mission is brought to life and introduced to everyone that walks into our store</li><li>Provide assistance to our Visual Merchandising team on floor sets, window changes and other projects, as needed</li><li>Maintain a knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures</li><li>Consistently act within the core values of rag & bone</li><li>Identify opportunities to support the team in delivering best in class customer service</li><li>Contribute to a positive, fun, professional, productive, and team oriented store atmosphere </li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>The Customer Rules - Prior work experience in a retail stock, logistics, and/or customer service  </li><li>Be a Good Human - Be original, be authentic</li><li>Have No Fear - Innovate, solve problems </li><li>Own Every Decision - Work together, get results</li><li>Quality Matters - Be disciplined, be competitive </li><li>Make S**t Happen </li></ul>Requirements The Sales Support role is part-time and requires 24-30 hours per week.
