The Greeter plays a critical role in assessing customer needs, ensuring proper registration in the Work In Texas / VOS system , and directing individuals to appropriate services, including WIOA programs , Employment Services , Veterans Services , and other workforce development resources. May assist customers by telephone, virtually, or in person using the resource room computers to assess goals, provide information, and assist job seekers transitioning to new employment.
