1. Wear personal protective equipment while performing basic job functions: face shields, half and/or full-face respirators, latex and nitrile gloves, leather-palmed gloves, ear protection, eye protection, steel-toed, anti-slip boots, etc. As a Production Operator working on 1st shift, you will work hands-on with customer parts as they move through our coating and surface treatment processes in a non-temperature-controlled facility.
