Lead recurring cross-functional project reviews to monitor overall project performance, financial outcomes, operational readiness, and closeout progress; proactively identify risks, dependencies, and issues impacting billing, cash flow, revenue realization, customer approvals, and project execution, and coordinate mitigation strategies across key stakeholders. This role works closely with Sales, Development, RPM, Accounting, Billing, Cost Control, Customers, and delivery teams to consolidate and distribute information, coordinate cross-functional workflows, and ensure contractual requirements, billing milestones, revenue recognition, and cash collection activities are executed timely and accurately.
