The Scale Operator is responsible for accurately processing stone and asphalt transactions, coordinating trucking activities between jobs and plants, preparing reports, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. This is a floating position, and the selected candidate will be required to travel and work at various Tilcon Connecticut aggregate and asphalt locations throughout the state to provide coverage based on operational and staffing needs.
