The Director assumes responsibility, supervision, oversight, and guidance for the provision of high-quality early childhood development services that will include responsible and effective child interactions; the facilitation and implementation of a research-based curriculum; and screening and assessment procedures, and to promote education development and school readiness. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to provide genuine warmth, empathy, honesty, and sensitivity towards clients to help assist in fostering positive transformation by maintaining a supportive availability to provide additional information to candidates to promote admission to the program.
