Interact with other security guards, internal and external customers, Security Response Center analysts, and vendors in support of security responsibilities; work closely with internal groups to ensure escalation guidelines are followed according to written procedures; escalate questions not directly addressed by written procedures to the escalation person or groups set forth in the procedures. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions.
